Peruana is a ply of soft, airy, variegated wool with a nylon binder thread. The yarn is slightly slubby, which adds just a hint of texture. Each 50 gr. ball contains 33 yds and knits at a fast 2.5 st/in. A medium long sleeved sweater takes about 14 balls. Hand wash.
